The "Excluded Categories and Title Words" box lists all the categories that matching items must not be in and words that must not be in their titles.

Catgory names are written with italics to distinguish them from required title words.

To remove a word or category from the list of exclusions, click on the button.

To add an additional required term, type it in the text box and hit "Add". Note: you can include quote marks and parentheses as described in the search help documentation.
